Affordable Smoky Mountain Venue
Our venue features two distinct ceremony areas: the Chapel in the Sky and the Covered Chapel, as well as a Reception Area, Bride and Groom’s Suites, and Lodging accommodations for up to 18 people. For a visual overview of our venue layout, please refer to this GRAPHICAL DEPICTION.
We have two Ceremony Areas.
- Chapel in the Sky is an open-air ceremony area with lake and mountain views. We provide red mahogany chairs with black padded seats, a hexagon arch as well as tree stumps, candles, and signage to decorate the ceremony area. In case of rain, you can elect to have our clear tent set up at Chapel in the Sky.
- Covered Chapel with a moss-covered stone backdrop interspersed with phlox and ferns seats 80 people on handcrafted sycamore benches is an alternative rain plan.
Chapel in the Sky and the Covered Chapel are both included in ALL packages.
Our Reception Venue for up to 113 guests includes
- a majestic Reception Pavilion with lots of string lights and three chandeliers (already set up for you)
- a caterer’s kitchen, bathrooms, and a wood bonfire pit for a s’more party.
Choose between a pavilion floor plan with a sweetheart table + loveseat or a head table.
The Reception Pavilion is included in all Full an Microwedding packages.
Fie Top Suite is pet- friendly (Woof!), sleeps up to 10 people, and features:
- a bridal salon with sound system
- a groom’s suite with sound system
- honeymoon suite with bedroom and full bathroom
- two additional bedrooms with separate entrances and full bathrooms
- a ground-floor bedroom with a queen-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa
- full kitchen and large dining room
- a gas bonfire pit
- individual climate control in every room
Booking Fie Top Suite is required for all multi-day packages: $650 per night. Book your stay for as long as you wish, and you’ll have full, uninterrupted access to the venue for the duration!
Minimonies, All-Inclusive Elopements, and Elopements all include free access to Fie Top Suite for get-ready only – no overnight stay.
The Mateos are four separate bungalows (tiny houses) adjacent to Fie Top Suite with eye-popping lake and mountain views. Each Mateo has
- a queen-size bed
- full bathroom
- a kitchenette with coffee station/fridge/air fryer/microwave
- individual climate control
Booking is through Airbnb directly. $140 per night, 2-day minimum, pets allowed in two of the Mateos.

- Tuxton China dinner plates, stemless wine glasses, utensils, beverage dispensers, white porcelain platters and serving bowls, serving utensils, natural cherry wood chafers, ice buckets.
- Pecan slab serving tables (8 feet by 2 feet), loveseat and sweetheart table (5 feet by 3 feet), spalted maple wood slab bar, five tree slice cocktail tables.
- Lanterns, vases, candle holders, votives, tree slices, signage, silver chargers, and much more!
- Dark maple dance floor (12 feet by 24 feet).
- Wooden Beverage Canoe for serving cold beverages.
- Clear walls to enclose pavilion and six stand up propane heaters if weather is cool.
- Generator to power entire Reception Venue, including music – 12 seconds!
- Onsite parking for 50+ vehicles.
- Barn wood cross.
- Hexagon arch for use during the ceremony at Chapel in the Sky.
- Wi-Fi throughout the venue, including all lodging and at Chapel in the Sky (approximately 90 mbps), and the Reception Venue (approximately 2 mbps).
