Optional Services and Rentals, selected 4 months before your event.

DIY is available for some services and are marked with an asterisk (*) below:

 

Services:

  • Pet fee: $100 per pet, plus $250 refundable security deposit
  • Set up/tear down of ceremony chairs: $100*
  • Tear down of ceremony chairs (diy set up): $50*
  • Placement of hexagon arch at Chapel in the Sky: $50*
  • Placement of barnwood cross at Chapel in the Sky: $50
  • Yoga for up to 20 people the morning before your wedding, $150
  • Welcome Hour or Cocktail Hour at Chapel in the Sky before/after the ceremony. Set up of five tree slice cocktail tables, a solid cedar bar, and a banquet table with a black tablecloth, pillar candles, and a green garland, plus transportation of food beverages to Chapel in the Sky: $350
  • Pre/post reception rearrangement of furniture at the Reception Pavilion, if you do not choose one of our standard floor plans: $150. Please see Standard Reception Pavilion Floor Plans for Full Weddings and Standard Reception Pavilion Floor Plans for Microweddings for included options.
  • Fogging with insecticide: $75 per day
  • Set up of tent at Chapel in the Sky in case of rain:  Set up and teardown of tent for 100+ guests – $800, up to 65 guests – $550. This fee is paid directly to the tent crew. Clear Tent, Clear Tent During Ceremony. Decision to set up the tent must be made at least 48 hours before the ceremony.
