Because we don’t require or bundle in-house vendors, we built a Personal Quote + Budget Estimator using real pricing from some of our favorite local vendors. Play around with it to estimate not only your Nantahala package, but what your whole wedding could cost.
2. Remember where you are.
This is not a ballroom-and-bed-by-ten kind of place. This is Nantahala. That means no curfew and no limit on how many gatherings you host while you’re here.
3. Bring your (most beloved and fun) people.
We created this place for lake days, mountain hikes, cozy fire-pit hangs, and really late nights. But you have to bring the people who make it magical. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, you get married.
Stay for the weekend. Come for the day. Or just say “I do.” It’s up to you.
Just don’t forget to look up at the trees at some point.

What’s Included in Our Destination and All-Inclusive Wedding Packages
Many of our guests are amazed at everything that’s included with our wedding packages, because when you book our venue, you get exclusive access to all the amenities on our property. That includes the Reception Pavilion, Caterer’s Kitchen, Share the Love Room (decor), Chapel in the Sky, Fie Top Suite (lodging for 10), backup power supplies, parking, internet, twinkle lights, fire pits, and so much more.

Reception Pavilion
Eight oversized (9 feet by 33 inches) dark oak farm tables, red mahogany chairs with black padded seats, three chandeliers overhead, fairy string lights overheard and on back wall, cherrywood bar on wheels (7’ x 2’), wooden beverage Canoe for serving cold beverages, six standing propane heaters and clear plastic walls to keep wind out and heat in (only for cooler months), four pecan slab serving tables (8 feet by 2 feet), forest green loveseat and sweetheart table (5 feet by 3 feet), and five tree slice cocktail tables, stained dance floor (14 feet by 26 feet). Golden Hexagon Arch and Wooden Square Arch.
Caterer’s Kitchen:
Tuxton China dinner plates, four natural cherry wood chafers, stemless wine glasses, silverware, chargers (silver and gold), serving utensils, beverage dispensers, white porcelain platters and serving bowls, ice buckets, and a lot more.
Share the Love Room (decor)
Hurricane glass candle holders, lanterns, vases, small candle holders, votives, tree slices, signage, easels, Woodproshop Charcuterie Boards, faux Eucalyptus, table number holders, and much more! This photo only shows one wall. Ask us if you would like to see the other walls.
Chapel in the Sky
Chairs, six large different sized stumps, many more smaller stumps, hurricane glasses for candles, signs, one easel. Barn wood cross and Hexagon arch
Fie Top Suite
Fully equipped kitchen for cooking with all the cooking and serving essentials, five solid spruce German beer garden tables with benches, two speakers (one in groom’s lounge, one in bridal salon), balcony lounge furniture, oak slab bar, solid mahogany antique settee with velvet upholstery in bridal salon, leather couch and chairs in groom’s lounge, projector for streaming, and grill with picnic table.
Uninterrupted Power
Three Generac generators to power entire venue. That means the music won’t stop.
Ample Parking
Onsite parking for 50+ vehicles, which includes 9 spaces at Fie Top Suite for those lodging on-site.
Reliable Internet Service
Starlink Wi-Fi throughout the venue, including all lodging and at Chapel in the Sky. 80-120 mbps.
Shuttle Service
On-site shuttle service to Chapel in the Sky (and back down to the reception pavilion or parking lot) is included with every package. Anyone who needs or wants a ride, will get a ride. And the bride always gets the last ride!
Lots of Twinkle Lights
1000+ ft of string lights to light up the venue at night.
Two fire pits
One wood fire pit behind caterer’s kitchen, the other gas fire pit is outside the groom’s lounge.
