Let us simplify your planning process with our All-Inclusive Wedding Packages—designed especially for couples planning from afar. This comprehensive package includes:

• Venue fee
• Planning & day-of coordination
• Catering
• Florals
• DJ services

Please note that the prices listed are starting at rates, based on baseline services. You are welcome to customize and upgrade any part of the package to better reflect your vision. For example:

• Catering: Upgrade your menu or add appetizers and late-night snacks—just note that enhancements may increase the final price.
• Florals: Pricing is based on a color palette, not specific flower types. Custom flower choices are available as an upgrade.

What’s not included:
Photography/videography, bartending/alcohol, officiant, beauty services, and bakery items are not part of this package.

Important: This option is designed to save you time, not necessarily money. The cost is comparable to what you’d pay if you sourced and booked each vendor yourself. By choosing an all-inclusive package, you eliminate the need to research, vet, and coordinate with multiple vendors.

You’ll be working with Ashley and her team at Avail Weddings, a professional planning company that will guide you through the entire process and help estimate your total wedding costs. Avail Weddings handles the details from booking until the end of the the night.

Here’s How It Works:

1. Initial Consultation 
   If the All-Inclusive Package feels like the right fit, submit a contact form to schedule a call with Ashley. She will walk you through the details and help determine if it aligns with your vision to get started. 
2. Interactive Proposal
   After your call with Ashley, she will send a customized interactive proposal outlining your estimated wedding costs—including all vendors. You can choose to upgrade any service at any point.
3. Final Contract
   Based on your selections, Ashley will prepare a single contract covering all services; this contract does not cover the venue, only vendor services.
4. Secure your Date
   Complete our Nantahala Weddings questionnaire and sign the Nantahala Weddings Rental Agreement (a separate contract) to secure your wedding date. This step can be completed before of after your consultations with Ashley!
