When? Saturday, March 21th, from 11-3pm.

Why? Whether you’re seeking more information about our venue or looking to connect with potential vendors for your Nantahala Wedding, this event is designed to kickstart your perfect wedding day! Also, the food, drinks, music, and people will be great fun!

Who? This event is open to any couple (plus their family and friends) considering booking and those who already booked at Nantahala Weddings. No matter where you are in your wedding planning journey, this event is for you!

On March 21th, 2026, many of our favorite local vendors will gather at our Open Venue just for you. This event is crafted to streamline the planning process, saving you precious time and effort. Instead of making countless vendor calls or conducting lengthy interviews, you can meet potential vendors face-to-face, in one place, all at once. No matter where you currently stand in your planning journey, this event is designed to help you simplify streamline your efforts.

For couples who have secured a date for their wedding in Nantahala:
If you’ve already secured most of your vendors, this is your opportunity to meet them in person and strengthen your working relationships. It’s all about making your wedding planning smoother and more enjoyable. If you don’t see your vendor on the list, let me know and we will consider adding them if space permits!

For couples who are interested in hosting their wedding in Nantahala, but have not booked:
If you’re considering Nantahala Weddings as your destination mountain wedding venue, we invite you to join us for Open Venue Day! This event will equip you with all the information needed to make informed decisions. If this weekend doesn’t work for you, rest assured, we’re more than happy to host you for a Sunday group tour at your on a different day at your convenience.

Our primary goal is to connect you with the ideal vendors, ensuring that your wedding day brings your dreams to life and is the perfect start to your life together!
