We continually update this list.
We add new vendors regularly and adjust the list according to our guests’ feedback and experiences. We will always be up front and honest but cannot guarantee the performance of any vendor. Please help us by letting us know about any negative experiences you have AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can do our best to intervene immediately on your behalf and continue to improve this list for future couples.

Consideration: Although you are more than welcome to bring a coordinator who is not listed here, but by choosing someone who is familiar with our space there will be an added level of ease in the planning. A planner who already knows our guidelines, key photo spots (and how far apart they are), and the natural flow of the day in this mountain setting can make a big difference. Erin, Amber and Cynthia (New!) have been planning and coordinating weddings at our venue for many years now, including a hybrid Indian-Western wedding with several two wedding ceremonies plus receptions instead of just one! They will meet you virtually for a prep-call with you the week before your wedding day to learn your wedding day vision and review your timeline. On your wedding day, they will set up your ceremony decor while you get ready (e.g. signs, candles, reserved seating signs). Note: florals must be set up by florist or family/friend, and we request you pre-assemble any purchased decor). They will guide and oversee your wedding procession and facilitate your aisle music with a Bose speaker. Price for 2026 weddings: $250 for Elopements, $350 for Minimonies.

She is ready to serve you and your guests rehearsal/welcome dinner, reception dinner, or three meals a day for the duration of your stay if you want an “all-inclusive” food experience. Terra Firma Culinary Co – Vince Hogan is a classically trained chef (Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts) with southern roots, but he also can create authentic dishes from multiple influences and backgrounds upon request. Dining with Vince is definitely and elevated culinary experience your quests will not forget! Given his perfectionism, he limits the number of people he serves up to 50 guests max. Flatrock Village Bakery Wood-Fired Pizza. Better than a food truck! Flatrock Village Bakery brings their wood-fired pizza oven to prepare luscious pizza right in front of the pavilion, which creates a really great atmosphere. We tried veggie with fresh basil, white ricotta with calabrian peppers and fresh basil, and a meat lovers special – all of them blew us away! The gluten free crust is over the top – crispy and delicious, hand-down the best we ever had. At then of dinner, they kept cooking pizzas and left them out for guests for late-night snacking. Their per-person price is very low (about $30 per person) and includes pizza, salad, appetizers, dessert, and disposables. The $750 travel fee includes three servers. If you use disposables, you won’t need any extra servers to wash dishes, which is a significant cost savings. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Bartenders

Our list includes both insured and uninsured bartenders. Having an insured bartender protects you from liability and provides peace of mind. If a guest is over-served and causes an accident or injury, responsibility can extend to you as the hosts or whoever hired the bartender. An insured bartender carries liquor liability insurance, which helps cover legal fees, damages, and alcohol-related claims. While your event insurance covers incidents that could occur on the venue grounds, liquor liability insurance covers incidents that could happen after your guests leave the property. Please keep that in mind when choosing a bartender!

Ginseng Mobile Bar. Enjoy entertaining and serving your guests out of a beautifully renovated 1968 Go-Tag-A-long camper bar. Ginseng is sure to complement any wedding or event style while creating a memorable experience for your guests. Ginseng recently served two of their signature cocktails at a wedding: Heart + Soul: Blackberry, Bourbon, Sour, Bitters; Lovely Lavender: Honeysuckle Vodka, Lavender, Lemonade, Dried Lavender. Jess Neuharth blows everyone away with concoctions (per couple request) – such as homemade blueberry simple syrup with fresh mint and spicy margarita (yum!) – for your signature cocktails.
