- Pet fee: $100 per pet, plus $250 refundable security deposit
- Set up/tear down of ceremony chairs: $100*
- Tear down of ceremony chairs (diy set up): $50*
- Placement of hexagon arch at Chapel in the Sky: $50*
- Placement of barnwood cross at Chapel in the Sky: $50
- Game Room – Get access to the Game Room in Window Suite, located a short distance from Chapel in the Sky. Pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, croquet. No bathroom (walk to reception area or step into the woods). 10AM-5PM on wedding day. $150
- Yoga for up to 20 people the morning before your wedding, $150
- Game Room adjacent to Chapel in the Sky, Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Foosball Table, Couch and Reclining Chairs, Corn Hole, Poker Table, Picnic Table, Fire Pit: $150 for one day, $300 fo all days of event.
- Welcome Hour or Cocktail Hour at Chapel in the Sky before/after the ceremony. Set up of five tree slice cocktail tables, a solid cedar bar, and a banquet table with a black tablecloth, pillar candles, and a green garland, plus transportation of food beverages to Chapel in the Sky: $350
- Pre/post reception rearrangement of furniture at the Reception Pavilion, if you do not choose one of our standard floor plans: $150. Please see Standard Reception Pavilion Floor Plans for Full Weddings and Standard Reception Pavilion Floor Plans for Microweddings for included options.
- Fogging with insecticide: $75 per day
- Rental of sun and moon arch with copper lanterns, including set up/tear down. This arbor was meticulously handcrafted by one of the finest craftsmen we have ever encountered. Every detail was engineered with precision, and no expense was spared on materials (high quality lumber, copper, bronze, leather, steel cables). Dimensions: 8 feet tall, 8 feet wide, and 4 feet deep. Additional photos: sun and moon emblem, arbor with people: $250
- Rental of tree podium for the officiant truly looks like a tree rising out of the ground with moss covering its base: $50
- Rental of white, 14-foot white woolen aisle runner: $50
- Rental of 20-foot boho aisle runner: $50
- Rental of 30-foot burlap with lace runner: $50
- Rental plus set up/tear down of two-piece silk flower arrangement for arch: a variety of white flowers with greenery OR burgundy, orange, white flowers with greenery: $100
- Set up of tent at Chapel in the Sky in case of rain: Set up and teardown of tent for 100+ guests – $800, up to 65 guests – $550. This fee is paid directly to the tent crew. Clear Tent, Clear Tent During Ceremony. Decision to set up the tent must be made at least 48 hours before the ceremony.
- Rental and installation of white drapery: Elevate your wedding reception space with elegant white draping installed as a backdrop behind the sweetheart or head table at the back of the reception pavilion (16 feet): $300 NOTE: Draping is FREE for chilly weather weddings when clear walls are up in the reception pavilion (typically late-fall and early-spring).
- Rental and set up of distressed doors for ceremony at Chapel in the Sky – $150.
- Rental and setup of Electro-Voice Bluetooth speaker and a Schure microphone with stand and cable for ceremony and reception, plus transport between locations – $350.
- Vintage Canoe for Charcuterie and Dessert Display – Make a statement with a beautifully preserved 1920s Old Town canoe, transformed into a unique display for your reception. Set on a handcrafted cedar stand, it allows your caterer to elegantly present charcuterie, hors d’oeuvres, or desserts $250 (includes set up).
